At MEL MHE Mobility Pvt. Ltd., we aim to offer a flexible and fair cancellation and refund process for our EVCOMP users.

1. Cancellations

  • User-Initiated: Cancellations are allowed within [X] minutes of booking without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations after the [X]-minute window may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Company-Initiated: In rare cases where we must cancel a service (e.g., vehicle unavailability), users will receive a full refund.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For partial cancellations or unused service portions, pro-rated refunds may apply.

  • No refund will be issued for completed rides or services unless a verified issue is reported.
